WHAT TYPE OF CLAIMS WORK WOULD I RECEIVE AS A NETWORK REPAIR FIRM?

The majority of our claims are water and fire damage to furniture and kitchen cabinets. Other claims may involve burglary, vandalism, and storm-related damage.

WHAT TYPE OF RESTORATION WORK IS ASSOCIATED WITH CABINET CLAIMS?

Most cabinet claims involve partial restoration methods, such as:

  • Fabricating new boxes and re-installing the existing face frames doors/drawers.
  • Fabricating new boxes with face frames, doors, drawers and refinishing to match the existing cabinets.
  • Refacing side panels with matching laminate or veneer, finished matching the existing color and sheen for a uniform appearance.
  • Rebuilding the interior of a sink base cabinet.

The majority of cabinet repairs require shop work, but some repairs, such as laminating side panels, replacing toe kicks, etc., are done on-site.

WHAT TYPE OF RESTORATION WORK IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMMERCIAL AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY?

Upscale office buildings and hotels have a large investment in millwork located in their common areas. If you include the cabinetry, reception desks, and furniture the investment is significant.

Most of the work would include:

  • Damaged wood, veneer, and laminate.
  • Conference tables, reception desks, and other furnishings.
  • Color-matching finishes for a uniform appearance.
  • Touch up and repair wall panels, wood trim, wainscoting, doors and door jambs, and elevator cabs.

The majority of the repairs are done on-site but there are some occasions where work is done in the shop.

HOW LARGE OF A GEOGRAPHIC AREA WOULD I SERVICE?

We prefer that you cover the largest area (defined by zip codes) you can service in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.  Your Recruiting Specialist can explain the difference between your standard, extended, and Photo Repair radius in more detail.

IS THERE A STANDARD REPORTING FORMAT FOR SUBMITTING ESTIMATES?

Yes. We have a standard estimate process and web portal known as the Craftsman Member Portal to communicate with your Renovar team and submit inspection reports electronically. Renovar provides training on our Craftsman Member Portal along with ongoing support and coaching.

WHO PAYS MY REPAIR INVOICES?

Renovar pays you directly and in full within net 30 days.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT PAYMENT?

We pay your repair invoices net 30 days from when the work is completed and you submit all required photos and paperwork. There are also payment incentives available that will get you paid faster, dependent upon your preferred payment method (ACH or mailed check). On larger claims, Renovar pays deposits at the start of the job.
